The Stratford at Flatirons is a 206 unit independent and assisted living facility located near the Flatiron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, CO. The 6.8 acre site consists of highly detailed landscape features, outdoor patios, walking paths with a connection to the regional trail, and a patio garden on the roof of the garage. The landscape is garden like in its detail yet water conscious by design. 

Project work was completed under previous employment.
