The Enclave at Grand Mere is a ~10 acre master planned community located in Manhattan, KS.  The site is divided into 11 lots, with impressive views and privacy.  Easy access and trail connectivity highlight the focus on the neighborhood, and detailed design elements include entry monumentation, design grading with limestone outcroppings, and a recirculating water feature and bridge element.  Special attention has been paid to the history and natural setting of this site, and prairie grasses have been supplemented with wildflowers to add color and interest to the native vegetation.
