Hampton Inn RidgeGate is a 106 room, four story hotel located at the southwest corner of I-25 and Lincoln Ave. in Lone Tree, CO.

The site incorporates low water use plant material such as ornamental grasses and xeric plants, while minimizing irrigated sod areas.  This site is part of RidgeGate’s first transit oriented development, and is near the Sky Ridge Light Rail Station and Sky Ridge Medical Center.
