Flatiron Meadows is a 240 acre master planned community located in Erie CO.  Root Partnership was hired when Hines acquired the project after it was underway.  It is made up of 12 separate Filings, requiring careful coordination between the team disciplines.  Major design elements include overall streetscape master planning, multiple parks with unique themes and activity elements, and revised monument designs to update the existing monuments cost effectively.
