16M is a 10 story mixed use urban infill project located in the heart of Lower Downtown Denver.  The site is located adjacent to the popular 16th Mall and encompasses Retail, Office and Residential.

Root Partnership designed the entry, streetscape, paving and a 2,000 sqft rooftop patio.  Due to the proximity to 16th St. Mall we worked diligently with the City of Denver to incorporate the Denver city Streetscape Design Guidelines.  The rooftop patio entails numerous amenities for the residents including enhanced planters, seating and gathering spaces.
